PA3i members practice in diverse fields such as governance, arts and sciences, business, information technology, law and education. They are identified to be part of a PA3i affiliate or one of the established PA3i chapters.
At least eleven (11) regional, university-based and offshore chapter alumni organizations have been formed and strengthened as of first half of 2008.
These include the chapters in:

Los Baños
Misamis Occidental
Zamboanga
And Affiliates such as :
ACAF
ANU
Sydney
Chapters’ respective memberships registered dramatic increases ranging from sixty percent (60%) to as high as five hundred percent (500%) compared to the preceding year. Meanwhile, the participation of a PA3i representative to Global Filipino Networking Conference became noteworthy as it leads to the establishment of the first PA3i Chapter located in Australia - the PA3i Sydney chapter.
MEMBERSHIP CLASSIFICATIONS
Membership of PA3i is classified into :
a. Regular member – Regular membership shall be open to all citizens and residents of the Philippines, above 18 years of age and possess the following qualifications:
1. a resident Filipino citizen who graduated from any Australian based academic
institutions who obtained formal and non-formal education and training from any
Australian academic and non-academic institutions as completed in Australia;
2. a resident Filipino citizen who has undertaken trainings administered and/or
sponsored by Australian government either within or outside of the Philippines or
have been a member of the faculty or administration of an Australian academic
institution.
Regular members shall exercise all the rights, duties and obligations of a member as provided for under this Code.
b. Associate member- Associate membership shall be open to any person, above 18 years of age and possess the following qualifications:
1. a non-resident Filipino citizen who graduated from any Australian based
academic institutions; or
2. a Filipino citizen who is currently enrolled as a student in any recognised
course or programme of instruction conducted by and/or under the
auspices of any Australian academic institution.
Associate members shall have no voting rights but shall be entitled to all other rights, duties and obligations of a regular member.
c. Honorary member- Honorary membership shall be open to citizen and non-citizen of the Philippines who are willing to assist the Association with their resources in the achievement of the Association’s mission, vision and objectives. Honorary members shall have no voting rights but shall be entitled to participate in all other activities sponsored by the Association.
