PA3i has board of directors and advisers elected by and from among its members. Distinguished persons are also selected from among the diplomatic community to lend advice and support to its activities. An Administrative Officer provides day-to-day administrative support for the association at the Coffey Office. The President, other officers and directors guide the administrative officer in her work. The officers of the association possess multi-disciplinary backgrounds such as in family planning, law, veterinary and medical sciences, higher education, defense and national security management, business and HR management, IT, architecture, environmental planning, mining engineering, geo-science, among others.
